looking for solitude and simplicity. I arrived to Cat Island and was
greeted by Pat Rolle, the official greeter-host of both the Cookie House, restaurant,
and Cookie Cabanas, guesthouse. I stayed at Cookie Cabanas for five days
enjoying the hospitality and serenity of the northern region of Cat
Island. The accommodations were comfortable and new, and at my doorstep,
the ocean...oh so blue. What can I say, all I needed was a bit of peace and
tranquility, and that's exactly what I did for those five lovely days and
nights. I'll definitely be back in the years to come!
